Carry-on Baggage Allowance

CPAP and other medical equipment

Allegiant Air has a specific policy for passengers traveling with CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) devices and other medical equipment. CPAP machines and other respiratory-related medical devices are acceptable carry-on items and do not count under your personal item or carry-on luggage allowance. If you need to travel with a CPAP machine or other medical equipment, you must notify Allegiant Air at least 48 hours before your flight to provide them with the necessary details.
The CPAP machine or other medical equipment must be kept safely in a carrying case or bag that meets the airline's carry-on baggage size requirements.
