These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Booking Trolley INC ("Booking Trolley", "we", "us", or "our") governing access to and use of our websites, apps, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from the date it is published. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Booking Trolley is a travel metasearch and comparison service. We help you search for and compare travel options offered by independent third parties — such as airlines, online travel agencies, and other booking partners (together, "Travel Providers") — and then connect you to those Travel Providers so you can complete a booking with them if you choose.

We do not sell, own, operate, or control the flights or other travel products shown through the Service. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, carrier, hotel, insurance company, payment processor, or merchant of record for those products.

Listing, ranking, or linking to a Travel Provider or offer does not mean we endorse, guarantee, verify, or take responsibility for that Travel Provider, its products, prices, inventory, or customer service.

You enter search criteria (for example origin, destination, dates, and travellers). We display comparison results based on information we receive from Travel Providers or other data sources. When you select an offer, you are typically redirected to a Travel Provider's website or booking flow to review fare rules and complete any purchase.

Use of the Service is generally free for travellers. Travel Providers may pay us referral, advertising, or commission fees when you click through, interact with an offer, or complete a booking with them. That commercial relationship does not make us a party to your booking and does not increase the price you pay solely because you arrived via us.

Results may be ordered using relevance, price, duration, commercial arrangements, or other factors we disclose in product features. We aim to present useful comparisons, but we do not guarantee that every possible offer on the market is shown.

Any booking, reservation, ticket, payment, refund, change, cancellation, baggage claim, schedule change, denied boarding, or related customer service issue is solely between you and the Travel Provider you book with. We are not a party to that contract.

Before you pay, carefully review the Travel Provider's identity, terms, fare rules, cancellation and change policies, baggage allowances, and privacy notice. Those terms — not these Terms — govern your purchase.

We cannot modify, cancel, refund, rebook, or guarantee Travel Provider reservations on your behalf. Contact the Travel Provider (or the payment method issuer, where appropriate) for booking support.

Prices, taxes, fees, schedules, availability, and product details shown on the Service are provided by or derived from Travel Providers and may be indicative. Travel inventory changes quickly. An offer may change or disappear before you complete a booking on a partner site.

Currency conversion, display rounding, or packaging of taxes and fees may differ between our display and the Travel Provider's checkout. The final price and inclusions are those confirmed by the Travel Provider at purchase.

We do not warrant that search results are complete, error-free, or continuously available. Always confirm critical details with the Travel Provider before travelling.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal or business travel planning and comparison. You must not: scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data without our written permission; bypass security or access controls; introduce malware or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer our software except where mandatory law allows; misuse the Service to develop a competing product using our non-public data; or submit false, fraudulent, or speculative booking requests through partners via our Service.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your activity violates these Terms, harms the Service or our partners, or breaks applicable law.

The Booking Trolley name, logos, design, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for travel search and comparison.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit our materials, trademarks, or non-public data without prior written permission. Travel Provider names, logos, and content remain their property.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that displayed offers will remain available at the stated price, or that Travel Providers will honour any particular representation shown in search results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booking Trolley INC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or travel disruption, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on search results.

We are not liable for acts, omissions, errors, insolvency, schedule changes, cancellations, overbookings, or service failures of any Travel Provider.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the total amount you paid us directly (if any) in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Booking Trolley and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with a Travel Provider.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us, or between us and any Travel Provider.
